Veritay designed this custom controller system for a nationwide fast food chain‘s steam table operations. This particular unit was outfitted with a steam cabinet for heating taco shells. The system controls bath water fill, level, and temperature for both table and cabinet on identical paired contactor boards, with different preloaded software to compensate for dimensional differences.

The single operator interface panel communicates with both contactor boards, supplying adjustable parameter settings and receiving system monitoring data. Additional features include:
